I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While some staff, especially one man at the front desk, made me feel really welcome, the maid service really stood out to me too—they were super friendly and attentive. I absolutely loved the great coffee during breakfast, which was a highlight. On the downside, there could be improvements in consistency in service during peak times.
